A few pics from our day at the Giro d’Italia which made its start here in Belfast yesterday, travels round the country today via the North Coast and the Glens of Antrim and then finally makes its way to Dublin tomorrow.
A big deal for our wee country. Maddie and I watched the practise session in the morning while the girls lined the streets with their classes from school and we had such a great afternoon with friends at the Stormont Estate.

crazy… i mean, it's quite far from italy!!! that reminds me when i saw the tour of france in belgium a few years ago… it's always nice because they give gifts but also stupid, don't they have a big country to make their tours???
I know…seemingly it starts in a different place every year and then heads back to Italy for the main race. Tour de France does it too – new to me but it was a great thing! Glad we got to see it!
